In partnership with Activa, Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region will be building 24 units on Shantz Hill in Cambridge. We will be steps from Riverside Park, trails, transit, and a bustling downtown.

• Required Household Income must be more than $60,000. (Note: Eligibility can be impacted by length of employment, debts, credit ratings, etc.)
• Number of Units: 24
• 6 two-bedroom units, 14 three-bedroom units, and 4 four-bedroom units.
