“Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR) is very proud of the relationship we’ve formed with Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region (HFHWR) over the past decade. Each year, our Board of Directors, as well as REALTOR® members from various brokerages, take part in multiple build days which have proven to be great team building, and learning, experiences for all who get involved. These days are enjoyed so much that we often see members sign up year after year to volunteer. We are thrilled to be a Habitat house sponsor and are currently working towards sponsoring our second house build. As Realtors deeply invested in our local community, being a partner with HFHWR has provided countless KWAR members the opportunity to give back through an incredible hands-on experience that has helped many families achieve their dream of homeownership in Kitchener-Waterloo. “
